Ogee Private Residence
Residential Building at Voula
The design principle of ‘Ogee Private Residence’ lies on sigmoid shaped surfaces that develop in multiple directions, unifying the structural elements of the building. The term ‘ogee’ refers to semicircular curves that are seen in architecture and alter from concave to convex. The geometry of ‘ogees’ was analyzed and further developed to accommodate the functions of the building into a comprehensive and consolidated design proposal.
